Our pricing and processing times are determined in a manner that ensures your results are of a high quality and fit for use. 

• Our standard processing time is 10 working days 
  
• You can negotiate a​ shorter or longer processing time where necessary
  
• Any adjustments in processing time may affect pricing
  

Variations to the standard 10 day processing time will depend on the type and quantity of samples, the type of analysis required, and the current workload and resources available at the time at AST.

An invoice will be issued once the job report has been sent. Payment is not required until you have received the invoice. Payment is required 3​0 days after the issue date found on the invoice.​
